摘要:随着电动汽车的快速发展,锂电池用铝质盒形件用量原来越大。但其成形工艺较为复杂。本文针对锂电池用铝质盒形件的成形问题进行了工艺性分析,在工艺计算的基础上制定了成形工艺方案,经分析采用冲裁、拉深、切边等几道工序可生产出该拉深件。并针对落料模、最后一道次拉深模及切边模进行了方案设计、工艺计算以及模具总体设计和零部件设计,在冲裁模的设计中,精确的计算了冲裁工艺力、计算了凸模和凹模的尺寸,选择了合理的模架和压力机;在拉深模的设计中,由于设计的零件高度较高,不容易成型,所以该设计每次的拉深都采用单工序的方法成型,高矩形件拉深变形过程十分复杂,通过查阅资料,计算了坯料的尺寸、每次拉深的尺寸,由于每次拉深的模具结构和原理相似,中间拉深的精度要求不高,本次设计重点设计最后一次拉深模具。最后通过切边模的设计,加工出符合要求的零件。借助AutoCAD和Proe软件绘制了模具的二维和三维零件图及装配图。该设计为电动汽车用锂电池铝质盒形件成形提供了解决方案。

Abstract:With the rapid development of electric cars, the dosage of aluminum rectangular box used for the lithium battery becomes larger. Meanwhile, its forming process is quite complicated. This article makes the manufacturability analysis of the molding problem of the aluminum rectangular box used for the lithium battery and draws up the molding process program on the basis of process calculation. Through the analysis, it is found that this drawing part can be produced by using blanking, drawing, trimming and other several process steps. It also carries out the schematic design, process calculation, the overall design of the die and the design of spare parts in connection with blank-and-cup dies, the final drawing dies and comb dies. In the design of the blanking die, proceeds the calculation of the technology force, the size of the force plug and cavity die, chooses the suitable die carrier and the forcing press. In the design of the drawing die, due to the high parts of designing, it is not very easy to shape. That’s the reason why this design uses method of single-operation to shape for every drawing. The high rectangular part’s drawing deformation process is very difficult. After the data access, proceeds the calculation of the size of the stock and every drawing. Due to the similar structure and principle of every drawing and the lower require for the precision in the middle drawing, this article concentrates on the final drawing die. Finally, through the design of comb dies, process the parts as required. With the help of the AutoCAD and Proe applications, draw the die’s two dimensional and three dimensional part drawings and assembly drawings. This design provides the solution for the electric cars using the lithium battery aluminum rectangular box’s forming.
