摘要:碳纳米管(CNT)材料因为其优异的磁学、光学、热学、电学、加工性能与力学性能,已经引起科学家们的非常大的兴趣,可望在光电子元器件、高性能构造材料等范围有着非常普遍的应用远景。另一方面,碳纳米管(CNTS)的固定方向或有序排列,使其复合材料具有很多新的电学、力学和光学性能,并将极大地促进CNT材料的使用和成长。因此,如何实现CNTS的匀称分散和有序排列,包括加快CNTS在电子器件方面的应用,拥有非常重要的作用。本论文对碳纳米管的有序性进行了基础性研究,研究内容主要包括:
MASK管的设计与制作;电极的的制备;CNTS(碳纳米管)的分散与处理;CNTS(碳纳米管)的有序性研究等。本论文拟利用酸、碱溶液对碳纳米管进行除杂处理,通过分散剂对碳纳米管在溶液中进行有效分散,然后利用不同电压对碳纳米管在电极上的有序化进行研究。文章第一部分主要对CNTS(碳纳米管)的概念做了详细的介绍,通过分析CNTS(碳纳米管)发展史和技术特点深入探讨了CNTS(碳纳米管)的发展方向和发展前景。并简单介绍了CNTS(碳纳米管)常用的制备工艺和优缺点。
文章第二部分主要介绍了利用MASK制作电极用于检测CNTS(碳纳米管)在变量影响下的导电性,通过单壁碳纳米管的分散处理工艺对碳纳米管进行分散处理。
文章第三部分主要介绍了通过采用控制变量法探究CNTS(碳纳米管)的导电性与有序性。

Abstract:Carbon nanotubes (CNT) material due to its excellent optical, electrical, magnetic, thermal, mechanical properties and processing performance, which has aroused great concern of science and technology workers, is expected to have wide application prospect in the field of optoelectronic components, high performance materials etc.. On the other hand, the aligned or ordered arrangement of carbon nanotubes (CNTS) makes their composites with a lot of new mechanical, electrical and optical properties, and will greatly promote the application and development of CNT materials. Therefore, it is of great significance to realize the uniform dispersion and orderly arrangement of CNTS and to promote the application of CNTS in electronic devices. The design and fabrication of MASK tubes, the preparation of electrodes, the dispersion and processing of CNTS (carbon nanotubes), and the study of the ordering of CNTS (carbon nanotubes).
This paper intends to deal with the impurities of carbon nanotubes by acid and alkali solution, through effective dispersant on dispersion of carbon nanotubes in solution, and then use the different voltage of ordered carbon nanotubes on the electrode.The first part mainly on the CNTS (carbon nanotube) concept is introduced in detail, through the analysis of CNTS (carbon nanotube) history and technical characteristics of the development of in-depth study of the CNTS (carbon nanotubes) the development direction and development prospects. The preparation technology, advantages and disadvantages of CNTS (carbon nanotubes) are briefly introduced.The second part mainly introduces the tube electrode for the detection of CNTS using MASK (carbon nanotube) conductivity in the variables under the influence of the carbon nanotube is dispersed by dispersing process of single-walled carbon nanotubes.In the third part of this paper, the conductivity and order of CNTS (carbon nanotube) are discussed by adopting the control variable method.
