TiO2因其具备优异的光催化性能而受到人们的瞩目,而纳米TiO2薄膜是在众多氧化物半导体薄膜之中研究最广泛的一种。基于其优秀的光催化性能,可以将普通生物法、化学法无法降解的有机物完全降解为二氧化碳和水等无污染的物质,实现自清洁的效果,除此之外TiO2还可以用于空气净化、杀菌等方面,同时其制备方法成本低廉,有着良好的应用前景。但是,将纳米TiO2薄膜涂覆于玻璃从而制备的自清洁玻璃仍然存在着一些问题。
本论文针对纳米TiO2薄膜基自清洁玻璃制备中存在的热处理温度较高的问题,采用旋涂法,分别制备1层和3层经200℃热处理和经450℃热处理纳米TiO2薄膜基自清洁玻璃,测试了它们的透光率、水接触角和防雾性能等,并利用AFM观察其表面形貌,分析了不同热处理温度对其性能的影响及影响原因,探讨了降低热处理温度的可行性。

Title The Preparation and Characterization of Nano-TiO2 Self-cleaning Glass
Abstract
With the fast development of technology and science, traditional glass can’t meet some basic requirements of our daily life, e.g. energy conservation and environment protection. Glass is expected to have good light transmittance, good quality, long-service life, enlightenment on super hydrophilic and self-cleaning performance.
Titanium dioxide(TiO2), due to its excellent photocatalytic, has drawn a wide attention of researchers. For example, nano-TiO2 thin film is one of the most widely studied oxide semiconductor materials. Based on its excellent photocatalytic performance, it can degrade the organic materials, which cannot be degraded by normal biological or chemical method, into carbon dioxide and water, denoted by self-cleaning effect. Besides, TiO2, as one kind of low-cost materials, can also be used for air purification, sterilization, etc. However, even though TiO2 has a broad application prospects in many aspects, there are still some problems in the preparation of nanometer TiO2 thin film self-cleaning glass.
In this paper, we are aiming to solve the problem of annealing temperature in the preparation process of nano-TiO2 self-cleaning glass. The spin coating method is used to prepare 1 layer and 3 layers nano-TiO2 self-cleaning glass via 200℃ and 450℃ heating treatment. Light transmittance, water contact angle, anti-fog performance and topography of nano-TiO2 self-cleaning glass were measured to analyze the effect of annealing temperature on the performance of thin film.
