摘要本文对铝镁异种搅拌摩擦焊工艺进行了实验研究。探索了搅拌头旋转速度,旋转方 式,焊接速度,接头形式,及锌中间层对铝镁搅拌摩擦焊接头质量的影响。通过对试样 的拉伸测试,硬度测试,晶相观察,及 X 射线衍射分析,得出如下结论:搭接接头质量 显著优于对接接头;当搅拌头逆时针旋转速度为 800rpm,焊接速度为 20mmpm,铝在上 侧时,可得到成形良好的搭接接头;焊缝中存在的金属化合物主要为 Al3Mg2 和 Al12Mg17 两种。对接接头中金属化合物弥散在整个焊缝区,搭接接头中金属化合物主要分布在界 面较窄的区域内,对不同接头的硬度分布的影响也不同。75928

Title Friction stir welding of Aluminum alloy and Magnesium alloy: Influence of parameters on micro structure and joint properties
Abstract In this paper, the dissimilar friction stir welding process of 6061Al and AZ31Mg was studied。 We explored the influence of the rotation speed, the rotation direction, the welding speed, the joint form, and the zinc middle layer on the friction stir welding joint of aluminum and magnesium。Through tensile testing, hardness testing, crystal phase observation, and X - ray diffraction analysis, the following conclusions are drawn。The quality of lap joint was significantly better than that of butt joint。 When the rotation speed is 800rpm, the welding speed is 20mmpm, aluminum on the upper side, a good lap joint could be obtained。The metal compounds in the weld are mainly Al3Mg2 and Al12Mg17。 The metal compounds in the butt joint are dispersed in the whole weld zone, the metal compounds in the lap joint are mainly distributed in the narrow interface region, and the influence on the hardness distribution is also different on two kind of joints。
