摘要目前我国压铸工艺正在高速的发展中,压铸工艺具有尺寸精度高,可加工复杂形状的金属件,具有较好的力学性能,并且生产效率较高,可以进行大批量生产。然而,压铸也存在一些缺点,像会出现缩孔缩松,且使用的寿命较短等问题。本次通过对充型凝固的模拟过程,来对各种工艺参数进行调整优化,并且可以对一些可能出现的缺陷进行预测。本次论文主要通过对不同参数下的温度场分布图的比对,与缩孔缩松图的分析,探索出影响压铸工艺的主要参数关系,在本次模拟的三个浇注温度中,680℃时,铸件的温差较小,缺陷较少,是较好的浇注温度。浇注温度过高或过低都会是铸件的质量有所下降。本论文主要目的为降低新产品的制作周期,降低试制成本。78153

Simulation of influence of process parameters on die - casting and solidification
Abstract At present, China's die-casting process is the development of high-speed, die-casting process with high dimensional accuracy, can be processed complex shape of metal parts, with good mechanical properties, and high production efficiency, can be mass production。 However, die casting also has some shortcomings, such as shrinkage will appear, and the use of shorter life and other issues。 In this experiment, This time through the filling of the solidification of the simulation process。 The simulation process was used to optimize the various process parameters, and some possible defects could be predicted。 In this paper, the main parameters of the die-casting process are explored by comparing the distribution of the temperature field under different parameters and the analysis of the shrinkage and loosening。 In the three pouring temperatures of this simulation, 680 ℃, the casting temperature difference is small, less defects, is a better pouring temperature。 Pouring temperature is too high or too low will be the quality of the casting has declined。 The main purpose of this paper is to reduce the production cycle of new products and reduce the cost of trial production。
