摘要尼龙 66 是一种使用广泛的材料,通常作为结构件使用,在电子元器件中的使用 也比较多。该材料具有比强度高,通透性好等优点,然而也存在耐热氧化能力弱, 热氧环境下容易发生颜色反应的缺点,抗氧剂能够针对性的解决这些问题。78319
本论文采用熔融共混的方法,以铜盐抗氧剂、1098/168 抗氧剂和 1098/626 抗氧 剂为热稳定剂,制备了耐热性尼龙 66 薄膜材料。研究了抗氧剂的种类、用量对尼龙
66 拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、黄色指数的影响。并采用热重分析对尼龙 66 的耐热性 能进行了表征。
结果表明,1098/168 抗氧剂对材料加工性能有很好的提升作用,配比为 80:20
时效果最为明显。抗氧剂的加入可明显提高热氧化条件下尼龙 66 力学性能的稳定 性,当抗氧剂 1098/168(80:20)和抗氧剂 1098/168 和铜盐抗氧剂配比为 90:10 时,尼 龙 66 具有优异的力学性能的稳定性。不同抗氧剂对尼龙 66 黄色指数的影响差异较 大,使用铜盐抗氧剂和 1098/168 抗氧剂时,尼龙 66 会发生一定颜色反应,且热氧 化条件下黄色指数值升高明显;使用抗氧剂 1098/626(90:10)时,黄色指数相对较 低,且在热氧化条件下可长期保持较低的黄色指数。

Abstract Nylon 66 is a kind of widely used material, and is usually used as a structural part。 It is also used in electronic components。 Then the material has high specific strength, and high light transmittance, but it’s weak in thermal oxidation resistance。 It’s easy to have color reaction in hot oxygen atmosphere。 Antioxidants can be targeted to solve these problems。
In this paper, high temperature resistant Nylon 66 films were prepared via melt blend method, with copper salt antioxidant, antioxidant 1098/626, antioxidant 1098/168 as heat stabilizers。 The influences of kinds, dosage of antioxidants on tensile strength, elongation at break, and the yellowness index of Nylon 66 were studied。 The thermal performance of nylon 66 was characterized through TG analysis。
The results showed that antioxidants 1098/168 have very good effect on material processing。 When the ratio of antioxidants 1098/168 is 80:20, the effect was most pronounced。 The addition of antioxidants can obviously improve the mechanics performance of PA66 under the condition of thermal oxidation。 PA66 has good stability of the mechanics performance when the antioxidants are 1098/168(80:20) and 1098/168 with Copper salt ternary antioxidant at the ratio of 90:10。 With different antioxidants, the yellow index of PA-66 show big difference。 Using the copper salt antioxidant and antioxidants 1098/168, Nylon 66 has a certain color reaction。 The yellow index increased significantly under the condition of thermal oxidation。 When the antioxidants 1098/626(90:10) was used, the yellow index is relatively low。 Under the condition of thermal oxidation, the yellow index can be long-term maintained。
