摘要Cu-Ni-Sn 合金是一种强度高、耐磨性好、耐腐蚀性好的形变时效强化型合 金,但目前国内在该材料的制备及研究方面仍相对落后。本次课题将真空熔炼的 Cu-15Ni-8Sn 铸锭切割成 12mm 厚的材料,在冷轧前对其进行较佳的均匀化处理 和固溶处理,轧制后进行最佳的时效处理。通过对不同变形量材料变形前后以及 时效处理后材料力学性能和电导率的变化分析,确定 Cu-15Ni-8Sn 合金组织和性 能相对较好的变形量范围。79378
研究结果表明:Cu-15Ni-8Sn 合金的较佳均匀化处理温度为 840℃;最佳的 时效温度为 350℃-400℃,时间为 6h;当时效时间一定,随着时效温度提高,合 金的硬度先上升,达到最大值后下降,在温度为 400℃时,其对应的硬度最大; 当时效温度一定,随着时效时间的延长,其硬度先提高后降低,在时效时间为 6h 时,其维氏硬度达到最大值。铸态合金经过 840℃,9h 均匀化处理和固溶处理,70%-90%的冷轧变形量,350℃-400℃时效处理 6h 后,它的组织和性能达到最佳。

Abstract Cu-Ni-Sn alloy is a kind of high strength, good wear resistance and good corrosion resistance of deformation aging hardening alloy, but the current domestic production and research in the material is still relatively backward。 This topic will be vacuum melting of Cu-15Ni-8Sn ingot cutting into 12mm thick materials, prior to cold rolling the were better homogenizing treatment and solid solution treatment, after rolling were optimal aging treatment。 By analyzing the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of the materials before and after deformation and aging treatment, the range of deformation of Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloy was determined。
The study results show that: The best homogenization treatment temperature of Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloy is 840 degrees C;The optimum aging temperature is 350 C -400 C, and the time is 6h;When the aging time is certain, as the aging temperature increases, the hardness of the alloy increases first, reaches the maximum value and then decreases, and the hardness of the alloy is maximum when the temperature is 400 degrees centigrade。 When the aging temperature is certain, with the increase of aging time, the hardness first increased and then decreased, and the aging time was 6h, the hardness of Vivtorinox reached the maximum value。
As cast alloy after 840 degrees, 9h uniform treatment and solid solution treatment, the amount of 70%-90% cold rolled, 350 C -400 C aging treatment of 6h,its organization and performance to achieve the best。
