摘 要对 N 在不锈钢中的作用的研究一直是广大材料学者的重点研究工作。研究表明, 含 N 不锈钢与不含 N 的不锈钢相比,前者具有更好的机械性能、耐蚀性能,这无疑 扩大了不锈钢的应用领域。N 在奥氏体不锈钢中不仅可使不锈钢的耐点蚀性能显著提 升,还可以提高耐缝隙腐蚀和应力腐蚀性能。加入不锈钢中的 N 可通过影响钝化膜 的半导体性质进而控制耐蚀能力。所以对高氮奥氏体不锈钢的研究工作意义重大。80933
本文以新开发的高氮奥氏体不锈钢为材料,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能量 色散谱仪(EDS)、电化学工作站等分析设备对高氮钢在含 Cl 离子介质中的腐蚀行 为和高氮钢的组织、成分对其耐蚀性能的影响进行了详细的研究。结果表明高氮钢在 0。5mol/L NaCl 溶液中腐蚀后会自钝化,并且其表面生成了一层钝化膜。该钝化膜为 一层 n 型半导体膜,钝化膜的保护性会随外加电位的升高而降低且当外加电位高于 0。3VSCE 时钝化膜就会变得不稳定。此外,高氮钢的组织和成分也会影响其耐蚀性能

Abstract
The study of effect of N in stainless steel has become scientist’s important work for a long time。 It is reported that in comparison with the common stainless steel, high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel’s mechanical property、corrosion resistance。 This has undoubtedly
expanded the application field of stainless steel。 The N element not only can improve stainless steel’s pitting corrosion resistance, but also can improve crevice and stress corrosion resistance。 The addition of N to the stainless steel can control the corrosion resistance by affecting the properties of the semiconductor properties of the passive film。 So the research of high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel is of great significance。
In this study, the newly developed high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel is used as the material to study the corrosion behavior of high nitrogen stainless steel in Cl solution
by using SEM、EDS、XRD and Electrochemical workstation。 The results show that the
high nitrogen steel can be self passivation after corrosion in NaCl 0。5mol/L solution and a layer of passive film was formed on the surface。 The passivation film is a layer of n type semiconductor film, The protective property of passive film decreases with the increase of the applied potential, when the applied potential is higher than 0。3VSCE the passivation film will become unstable。 In addition the constituent and microstructure of high nitrogen stainless steel also can affect the corrosion behavior。
