摘要2205 双相不锈钢是第二代新型含氮双相不锈钢,经过固溶处理后组织中铁素 体相(α)和奥氏体相(γ)的含量大致相同,强度高且耐蚀能力强,在石油、化工、冶 金、建筑等行业应用广泛。

本课题通过电化学方法重点研究 2205 双相不锈钢的焊接参数对 2205 双相不 锈钢腐蚀行为的影响。本实验通过设计不同的焊接工艺参数进行试验焊接找出符 合焊接性能的几组参数,采用激光-MIG 复合焊接对试样进行焊接得到焊接接头, 对不同的接头组织进行各项性能测试,研究分析焊接接头的组织形貌力学性能及 耐蚀性能。81239

在接头力学性能的试验中发现,由于焊接过程热出入与冷却时间的不同,加 上焊丝的熔入,不锈钢两相比例改变,使得接头热影响区的硬度比焊缝处的高。 拉伸试验中,观察断口形貌分析拉伸数据可以说明得到的焊接接头符合焊接要求。 运用动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗对不同焊接参数下的接头耐蚀性进行研究,并 对不同溶液中耐蚀性数据和组织状态进行分析,得到结论:焊接过程中组织分布 发生改变,影响双相不锈钢的力学性能与耐蚀性能。在不同的溶液中,焊接参数 对耐蚀性能影响有差异。

Abstract 2205 duplex stainless steel is the second generation model containing nitrogen double phase stainless steel, The content of ferrite phase (alpha) and austenite phase (gamma) was approximately the same after solid solution treatment, high strength and strong corrosion resistance, being widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, construction and other industries。

In this paper, the effect of welding parameters on the corrosion behavior of 2205 duplex stainless steel is studied by electrochemical method。 This experiment through the design of different welding process parameters to test, in order to find several sets of parameters, welded samples by laser MIG hybrid welded, and tested the  properties of different microstructures, also analysis the tissue morphology, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of welded joint。

In the test of mechanical properties of the joints, because of the different thermal process of discrepancy and cooling time of welding, also wire melting added。 The change of the proportion of the stainless steel makes the hardness of the heat affected zone of the joint is higher than that of the welded joint。 In the tensile test, the fracture morphology analysis and tensile data can be used to show that the welded joint is in accordance with the requirements of welding。 Application of dynamic potential polarization curves and electrochemical impedance of different welding parameters of joint corrosion resistance was studied, and in different solution corrosion resistance data and the structure analysis, get the conclusion: tissue distribution in welding process was changed, and the mechanical and corrosion resistance properties of duplex stainless steel has been affected。 In different solutions, the influence of welding parameters on corrosion resistance is different。
