本论文以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)作为引发剂,甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸 酯(MPEGMA)与甲基丙烯酸正丁酯(BMA)为单体,THF 为溶剂, 通过溶液 聚合的方法制备了一系列的 2-甲氧基聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯共聚物。研究了单体配 比、引发剂浓度、聚合时间和聚合温度对共聚产物性能的影响。采用 FTIR、DSC、 接触角测试对聚合产物进行了表征。结果表明,不同的单体配比、引发剂浓度和 聚合温度、时长对共聚产物的玻璃化温度、聚合产率、接触角等都有很大影响。 随着 MPEGMA 单体配比的增加,共聚物的产率和玻璃化温度都呈下降趋势;随 引发剂浓度增大,共聚物的转化率增大,接触角先增大后减小;随聚合时间延长, 共聚物的转化率和接触角都增大;随着聚合温度的升高,聚合产率和接触角增大。 单体比例为 1:9,引发剂浓度为 1。25%,聚合温度为 60℃,聚合时间为 6 h,转 化率较大,接触角较小,是最佳的聚合条件。

Abstract
Anticoagulant polymer is a kind of material which does not interfere with blood or cause cells adsorption or platelet adhesion when it was used in contact with blood。 The 2- methoxy polyethylene glycol acrylate copolymer could be developed as a promising material to produce a useful blood-contacting surface for medical devices。
In this paper, the 2- methoxy polyethylene glycol acrylate copolymers were prepared with methoxy polyethylene glycol methacrylate(MPEGMA) and methacrylic acid n-butyl (BMA) through solution polymerization using azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator, THF as solvent。 The influence of initiator concentration, ratio of monomer, polymerization time and polymerization temperature on the properties of copolymers were studied。 The products were characterized using FTIR, DSC, contact angle。 The results showed that there have great influence on the Tg, conversion rate and contact angle。 With the increase of the monomers ratio of MPEGMA, the yield of the polymer and the Tg all showed a downward trend。 The conversion rate increased with the increase of the amount of initiator。 The contact angle increased first and then decreased with the increase of the amount of initiator。 The conversion rate and the contact angle increased with the increase of the polymerization time。 With the polymerization temperature increased, the conversion rate and the contact angle
increased。 The optimum reaction condition is that polymerization temperature is 60℃,
polymerization time is 6 h, the monomer ratio is1:9, initiator amount is 1。25%。 At this time, the comprehensive conversion rate is high, the molecular weight is appropriate, the contact angle is small。
