摘要:本文的主要研究方向是复掺粉煤灰和矿渣作为混凝土的掺合料。通过正交实验方案进行胶沙实验,研究最佳的砂率、水胶比、粉煤灰矿渣最大掺量、粉煤灰矿渣的比例三个影响对胶沙强度影响。再通过平行对比实验找出矿渣与粉煤灰两者复掺合适的比例,分析粉煤灰矿粉双掺胶沙体系的水化特点和强度发展规律。并在此基础上配置粉煤灰和矿粉双掺高性能混凝土。对混凝土试块7天、28天、56天的抗压能力测试,通过扫描电镜观察28天养护混凝土内部的水化情况。研究表明粉煤灰和矿粉双掺的高性能混凝土,早期强度低,后期强度高,混凝土耐久性能好。在粉煤灰和矿粉总参量为40%,比例为1:3时的混凝土的强度发展最高。81787

Study on Mix Proportion Design and Mechanical Properties of Lightweight High Strength Concrete Mixed with Reactive Material
Abstract:The main research direction of this paper is mixed with fly ash and slag as concrete admixture。 The effects of the three effects of the maximum sand rate, the ratio of water to cement, the maximum amount of fly ash slag and the ratio of fly ash slag on the strength of sand were studied by orthogonal experiment。 And then through the parallel comparison experiment to find the appropriate proportion of slag and fly ash mixed with the appropriate proportion of the analysis of fly ash ore powder mixed sand system of hydration characteristics and strength of the law。 And on this basis, the configuration of fly ash and mineral powder mixed with high performance concrete。 The compressive strength of the concrete was tested for 7 days, 28 days and 56 days, and the hydration of the concrete was observed by scanning electron microscopy for 28 days。 The research shows that the fly ash and slag mixed with high performance concrete, the early strength is low, the late strength is high, the concrete durability is good。The maximum strength of concrete is the highest when the total parameters of fly ash and slag are 40% and the ratio is 1: 3。
