摘   要现如今,伴随国际海运的飞速发展,散货船运输因其货种单一、批量大、装卸快的明显优势已成为全球主要的海运方式之一。散货船运输以单一散货作为运输单位,且大型化趋势日益明显。它的成长给运输业带来了活力,它的发展亦尤为迅速。

本文绪论部分主要介绍了散货船研究的背景和国内外研究现状,以及其结构特点、研究的目的及意义等内容;第二部分主要介绍了船体生产设计方面的内容,扼要地介绍了39000DWT散货船在建造时应该注意的事项;第三部分主要介绍了货舱双层底B09P分段的生产设计,分析了零件编码、吊马、涂装等实质性的问题。

船舶技术的发展漫长而久远,就如散货船的成长历程,我们的研究与探索亦不会停止。我国船舶业发展强劲,但一项产业链需考虑的细节太多,这就对高素质的船员的要求更加迫切,需要我们应不断学习、研究和探索,解决问题,促进船舶业的完善和发展。lf0079

Abstract

The rapid development of international maritime transport, the obvious advantages of bulk carrier transport with its single goods, large volume, quick loading and unloading has become one of major global shipping way. Bulk carrier transportation takes single bulk as transportation unit, and the large-scale growing tendency. Its growth has brought vitality to transport industry, its development is particularly rapid.

The introduction part mainly introduces the research background of bulk carrier and research status at home and abroad, and research its structure characteristics, the purpose and significance of the content. The second part mainly introduces the hull production design, introduces the matters should be paid attention to in the construction of 39000DWT container ship. The third part briefly introduced the production design of bottom section of B09P cargo, analyzes the components of coding, hanging substantive Ma, coating and other problems.

It was so long with the development of ship technology. As bulk carrier grew up, our research and exploration will never stop. The Chinese shipbuilding industry may be strong. But too many details should be considered an industry chain. Which for highly qualified crew requirement become more urgent. We need to learning, research, explore and solve problems constantly so as to promote the perfection and development of shipping industry.
