摘要:本文主要运用文献综述、观察、访谈的方法对XX附属幼儿园幼儿动手能力培养现状进行调查研究,主要包括:幼儿动手能力培养的概述、幼儿动手能力培养的现状分析、幼儿动手能力培养中存在的问题及原因分析、幼儿动手能力培养的相关策略及建议四大块。并对结果进行分析,发现存在教学过程以教师为主导;幼儿动手能力培养中缺乏互动性和计划性等方面的问题,并在此基础上提出教师要完善幼儿动手能力培养的教学手段;在幼儿园教学过程中需借助相关课程进行多方教学的相关建议。51985
