Abstract:The deepening of China's reform and opening up, leading to the urban-rural income gap is expanding. The widening income gap between urban and rural residents become a major problem for China's economic health and sustainable development, economic structure, and the reasons for this phenomenon of two yuan for urban and rural employment system, the pision of the rural social security system is not perfect and the government investment in urban and rural areas is not balanced. In order to solve this problem, we should reform the household registration system in urban and rural areas two yuan, promote labor innovation, perfecting rural social security system, and to strengthen the reform of rural taxation system and tax system.

改革开放以来城乡居民收入差距扩大的原因及对策
前言
随着改革开放的不断深化，人们的物质生活也得到了很大程度的提高。但是随着经济水平的提高，我国出现了收入分配不平衡的问题，尤其是城乡居民收入差距，呈现出越来越拉大的趋势。众所周知，我国要在2020年完成全面建成小康社会的目标，但是过大的城市和农村地区之间的收入差距，将带来一系列的贫困、冲突和社会问题，这是一个制约我国经济健康持续发展的重大问题。对大数人而言，这不仅不利于人民生活水平的提高，也不利于我国经济体制改革。正处于改革发展的关键时期的中国，如果这个问题能得到解决，能将城市和农村的协调发展作为一个整体，将会有效的促进社会的公平公正。
一、我国城乡居民收入差距扩大的现状
（一）我国城乡居民收入差距自改革开放以来的变动趋势
意大利经济学家基尼提出的基尼系数（Gini Coefficient)是反映一个国家富人和穷人之间收入差距的数据。“如果基尼系数低于0.2表示绝对的平均收入；0.2 - 0.3比较平均,0.3—0.4表示相对合理，0.4—0.5表示差距较大，收入差距超过0.6表示差距过大。”[1] 国际收入分配差距的警戒值是0.4，如果高于了0.4,社会稳定是没有保证的。
