Abstract:In the period of social transition, the social construction of rapid development and urbanization process accelerated at the same time, the rural community construction is facing various challenges: scientific community planning is not strong, and peasants participation is low, the infrastructure is not sound, lack of industry support, it is necessary to reform the pension system and so on.To solve these problems,the article in zhumadian PangQiao rural community as the research object, based on the bridge community building on the analysis of the problem, namely the feasibility of proposals from farmers, community management system, the government perspective.

转型期农村社区建设中的问题探析-以驻马店农村社区为例
前言
社区是在转型期越来越常见的词语，是社会学的一个概念。德国社会学家滕尼斯在1887年出版的《社区与社会》一书中最先使用了“社区”一词。在这本书里面，他指出，社区是由同质人口组成的，关系亲密、守望相助、疾病相抚、富有人情的社会团体。[1]这与现阶段社区的含义不同。费孝通等燕京大学的一些学生于1933年在翻译社会学家帕克的社会论文时将英文“community”翻译成了中文“社区”，至此成为中国社会学的术语。为了适应我国政治经济的发展，二十世纪八十年代之后，城市逐步展开了以便民利民、老年人以及残疾人为内容的全面的社区服务工作。1991年提出了适应中国国情的具有中国特色的社区建设。2011年10月河南省召开第九次代会，提出了把新型农村社区纳入了现代城镇体系，要求各地积极建设农村社区，以此加快城乡一体化进程。我国在农村社区建设过程中取得了很大的成就，同时也面临着一系列的问题。本文结合实际，以驻马店农村社区为例，并结合相关理论，对农村社区建设中遇到的问题、产生这些问题的原因及对策进行探讨。
