摘要本工程为合肥市华海混凝土厂房，四层框架结构。标准层层高 4。2m，建筑面积 4000m2。建筑结构安全等级为二级。框架抗震等级为三级。抗震设防烈度为 7 度。基 本风压为 0。35kN/m2。地面粗糙度类别为 B 类。基本雪压为 0。60kN/m2。楼屋盖均采用 现浇混凝土结构。地下水对混凝土无影响。采用柱下独立基础。85089

本设计水平荷载考虑地震作用和风荷载作用，采用底部剪力法进行内力求解。 竖向荷载考虑恒载和活载作用，其中对活荷载考虑其不利布置，通过分层法求解内力。 考虑四种不同的内力组合方式，通过最不利的一组或几组内力组合，进行截面验算及 配筋。

Abstract This project is huahai concrete plan with four frame structure in Hefei，which Storey height is 4。2m and construction area of 4000m2。 Security level of the building structure is 2, the seismic level of frame is three and the seismic intensity is 7 degree。 The basic wind pressure is 0。35kN / m2。 The roughness of is class B。 Basic snow pressure is 0。60kN / m2。

Floor and roof are made of cast concrete structure。 Groundwater has no effect on concrete using an independent foundation under column。

Horizontal loads are comprised of earthquake and wind loads in the design using the base shear method to solve internal force。 Vertical loads are comprised of the dead load and variable load, in the meantime variable load be considered of the adverse arrangement, to solve the internal force by stratification。 Considering four different combinations  of internal forces, reinforcement section checking cross section are carrired out through the most unfavorable one or more groups of internal force。
