摘要:本次毕业设计对青岛港董家口港区重力式码头进行了设计。董家口港区地基承载力优良,因而选择了耐久性好并且施工工艺简单、对荷载及工艺变化适应性较强的方块码头。本次设计主要对该码头的结构尺寸、荷载及其稳定性验算进行了设计与计算。
在对于码头的结构尺寸的选择上结合了多个实际方块码头设计案例与《重力式码头设计与施工规范》(JTS167-2-2009)等规范对码头断面进行设计。在码头作用分类与计算中,主要考虑了码头自重、波浪力、土压力、地震惯性力与船舶荷载,在土压力中又考虑了墙后棱体的永久作用、码头面堆存荷载的可变作用以及偶然作用地震时的墙后棱体与堆存荷载的土压力。荷载部分的选用取值主要参考了《港口工程荷载规范》(JTS144-1-2010)以及《水运工程抗震设计规范》(JTS146-2012)。最后运用设计规范对码头进行稳定性验算、地基沉降以及对卸荷板进行了配筋计算。
