摘要:东莞市沙田港区,位于虎门港内,是“广州—深圳—香港”和“广州—珠海—澳门”经济走廊的交汇点,水路、陆路交通十分发达,经济地理位置十分发达。随着国内石油化工的发展以及珠三角的快速发展,由现有港口的通过能力已经无法满足经济发展的需要。
本次设计的主要内容是:首先是收集东莞沙田港区的气象、水文及地质资料并进行研究。然后根据资料确定码头的主要尺度,给出码头的总体布局,进行平面布置。接着分析各种资料,确定码头的结构为高桩板梁式,并拟定面板面层、纵梁、横梁、桩靠、船构件等尺寸。然后对其进行相应的承载力验算,主要包括:内力计算、配筋计算、裂缝宽度计算、挠度计算等。最后,绘制码头平面布置图、码头结构施工图。

Abstract:Dongguan Sha Tian port, located in Humen harbor, is the intersection of the economic corridor of Guangzhou - Shenzhen - Hongkong "and" Guangzhou - Zhuhai - Macao, land and water transportation is very developed, the geographical position is very developed economy. The main contents of this design are as follows: first, collect the meteorological, hydrological and geological data of Sha Tin port in Dongguan and study it. Then, various kinds of data are analyzed, and the structure of wharf is determined to be high pile plate beam type. Then, various kinds of data are selected, and the structure of wharf is designed and determined, which is determined as high piled slab and beam wharf, and the dimensions of panel surface, longitudinal beam, crossbeam, pile support and ship component are formulated. Then it carries on the corresponding bearing capacity check, mainly including: internal force calculation, reinforcement calculation, crack width calculation, deflection calculation and so on. Finally, draw up the wharf layout plan and the wharf structure construction drawing.
