    摘要本次设计是采用双跨四坡门式刚架结构体系的单层轻型工业厂房的设计。横向60米,纵向120米,每跨各设置一台梁式吊车。设计内容主要含概了厂房的建筑设计、厂房的结构设计、手算支撑等主要构件以及设计图纸的绘制。主要依据《钢结构设计规范》GB50017-2010和《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》CECS 102:2002等国家规范。综合考虑设计的规模和用途,依据“适用、经济、美观”的原则,对各组成部分的构件进行了合理的选型、选材和计算,最终确定了单层门式刚架的结构形式。设计过程主要包括了分析了解结构的特点,初步确定设计方案,绘制建筑图样;专业软件PKPM预设计;手算刚架和各次要构件内力,验证截面形式;确定最终设计方案,绘制结构图。通过本次设计,初步确立钢结构设计概念,把握钢结构设计要点。50956

    Abstract

    This design is a single light-weight building of double cross hipped portal frame for single lightweight for industrial plant. It is 60 m Transverse, vertical 120 m, and each cross sets up a cross-beam of the crane. This design mainly takes the plant with architectural design, plant design, and calculations supporting the design drawings and other major components and drawing. It is mainly based on "Design of Steel Structures" and "steel portal frame light house technical regulations" and other national norms. Considering the size and purpose of the design, based on "applicable, economic, aesthetic" principle, we can choose the various components by reasonable selection and calculation. And finally, we can determine the structure of the single portal frame. The process of the Design includes an analysis to understand the structure characteristics, initially design plan, drawing architectural drawings, professional software PKPM predesigned, calculations and the secondary frame member forces, and verifying section forms. And ultimately we can determine the final design plan and draw the drawing of the structure. Through this design, we can initially establish the design concept and seize the important points of the steel design.
