摘要抗震鉴定是指通过现有建筑的设计、施工质量和现状,按规定的抗震设防要求,对其在地震作用下的安全性进行评估。本课题采用两级鉴定法,通过材性测试、抗震措施鉴定、PKPM建模及分析和抗震承载力验算等内容检验建筑是否符合抗震要求,查找建筑的安全隐患并提出相应的维护、加固措施,以保障居民的生命财产安全。房屋的抗震鉴定主要是从高度和楼层数,实际的壁材料的强度,结构体系是合理的,连接结构的主要组成部分的整体可靠性,局部脆弱的成员本身和与主体结构的连接的可靠性检查要求和其他方面的全面评估和地震荷载力。本文介绍了砖瓦结构房屋质量检查工作主要内容的抗震鉴定,方法,使用计算软件进行的结构抗震验算,最后提出了相应的加固方法,如加大截面法,粘钢加固法,预应力钢筋加固方法等其他加固技术。52578
