摘要本次毕业设计课题为徐州市某综合楼空调设计,本工程建筑面积42529平方米,建筑地下一层,地上七层,其中地下一层为商场和车库,机房等,地上一到四层为商场,五到七层为办公楼。需对根据建筑和当地气候特点进行通风空调工程设计,包括风系统、水系统以及冷热源等设计。65287
本设计采用冷水机组作为空调冷源。冬季城市设有室外蒸汽管网,设置换热器置换热水进行供热。而空调方式,商场采用全空气系统办公楼采用了风机盘管加独立 新风系统。水系统采用闭式异程式系统,楼梯间采用正压送风系统;地下室、设备房设置防排烟系统,选用变速风机,平时排风,发生火灾时排烟;

Title a complex building air conditioning design of Xuzhou city
Abstract
The graduation project is a complex building air conditioning design in Xuzhou city,which its construction area is 42,529 square meters.It has one layer underground,and 7 layers on the ground.The Basement includes garage ,mall and engine room , etc ,and ground one to four for shopping malls, five to seven for the office. According to the building and the need for local climate characteristics of ventilation ,this air conditioning engineering design includes wind system,water system and cold and heat source.
This design uses chillers for air-conditioning cold source. This city has an outdoor steam pipe network in winter,which sets heat exchanger replacement to exchanger heat. For conditioning mode,the mall adopts all-air syetem and the office building adopts a separate fan coil air system. The water system uses closed systems with different programs. Positive pressure air supply system is used in stairwell.Basement and equipment room sets smoke control system,with a variable speed fan.It is usually used to exhaust,but sometimens smoke in case of fire.
