摘要本毕业设计课题为团队课题“南京环亚大厦设计”子课题之一:地下室建筑及结 构设计。该大厦为框架剪力墙结构体系。地上建筑共 32 层,地下 3 层。功能上看, 地下一层为商业,地下二层和地下三层为车库,其中地下三层兼有人防功能。地下部 分平面尺寸为 77。65m*107。5m。建筑设计部分依据建筑功能,经济美观,总体规划的 原则,参照国家相应标准规范要求,完成建筑平面设计,并在此基础上进行了剖面、 建筑详图的设计。结构设计部分进行了截面尺寸估算,荷载计算,内力计算,内力组 合,梁柱截面设计,以及板、楼梯、外墙、坡道构件设计。其中荷载计算包括恒荷载、 活荷载、人防荷载作用计算。内力计算采用弹性理论。内力组合考虑了平时使用和战 时使用两种情况。并利用 PKPM 软件进行了辅助计算和校核。75299

Title A design of Nanjing Huanya building——the architecture and structural design of basement
Abstract The graduation project,the architecture and structural design of basement, is part of the design of Nanjing Huanya building。The building has 32 floors on the ground and 3 floors underground。Underground one supposes business and the others are garages。Underground three also has the function of air defense。The plane size of the basement is 77。65m×107。5m。According to the principle of building function,economy,beauty and master plan,the graphic design is accomplished with the corresponding specifications and national standards into consideration。Then the cross-section drawn and architect- ural details are designed,too。The part of structure design includes section size estimation,the calculation of load and internal force and its combination,column section and beam section,as well as the floor, stai- rs,outer wall and ramp。 The calculation of load includes the dead load,live load and the load of civil defense。Elastic theory is used in the calculation of internal force。Peacetime and wartime are both considered in the combination of internal force。PKPM is also used in auxiliary calculation and checking。
