摘要根据课程设计任务书要求和设计规范规定,毕业设计主要是关于小跨度预应力混凝土连续梁桥上部结构的设计。预应力混凝土连续梁桥以结构受力性能好、变形小、伸缩缝少、行车平顺舒适、养护工程量小、抗震能力强等优点而成为富有竞争力的主要桥型之一。本着“安全、经济、美观、实用”的八字原则。该桥共分为5片、3跨,每跨30m,上部结构为连续梁。采用分离式路基,因此设计时只需要考虑半面路基的设计。施工方法选为预制箱梁法。80387
上部构造的计算拟定箱梁截面,对3×30m跨径进行了详细的单元划分,计算恒载内力和活载内力,全桥均采用MIDAS软件进行了预应力筋束配筋和应力验算,且按新规范进行了预应力损失的计算。

Abstract According to the requirements and the standards of the design assignment, the graduate design is mainly about the design of superstructure of short-span pre-stressed concrete continuous box Girder Bridge 。 Pre-stressed concrete continuous Girder Bridge become one of main bridge types of the most full of competion ability because of subjecting to the dint function with the structure good, having the small defomation, few of control joint,going smoothly comfort, protected the amount of engineering small and having the powerfully ability of earthquake proof and so on。 And on the basis of the four principles of “safety, economy, aesthetics and utility”。 There are eight beams and five spans, with each span 30m and successive beam in the superstructure。 Because of this bridge adopts the separated Subgrade, design only consider half of the subgrade design。 The construction takes the method of precast box beam。
The calculation of the superstructure is carried out with a supposed section of the box beam, unit pision is done in detail on the 5×30m span to calculate the internal force of live loads and dead loads。 The MIDAS has been applied during the calculation of the prestressing steel and the force, and the prestressing loss has been calculated referred to the new standards。
