摘 要伴随科技发展步伐的加快,企业日益重视知识分享与交流。虽然传统企业工作培训和经验交流等系统在促进知识共享中发挥着极其重要的作用,但由于企业共享环境的复杂化,企业员工仍面对难以充分了解别人正在做什么,如何找到合适的合作伙伴等困难。本文从组织激励、组织文化、本土文化三点入手,深入研究三者与员工知识共享行为的内在关系,同时又创新性的将组织文化和本土文化作为组织激励与知识共享之间起到的调节作用量化,并建立相关模型,基于模型编制量表进行文献收集和问卷调查,运用spss17。0统计软件对量表进行数据统计分析并得出相应结论和建议。86224

A study on the relationship between organizational motivation, organizational culture, local culture and employees' knowledge sharing behavior
Abstract As the speed of development and innovation of science and technology acceleration, the enterprises pay more and more attention to knowledge exchange and sharing。 Although the traditional corporate training and experience sharing exchange system contributes to sharing promoting knowledge, with the development of modern science and information environment, enterprise employees still faces difficult to know what others are doing in time, how to quickly find partners and other difficulties。 Based on organization motivation and organizational culture, local culture as the basis, further study of the three relationships with employees' knowledge sharing behavior, the innovative organizational culture and local culture as an organizational incentive and explicit and tacit knowledge sharing between quantitative adjustment, in establishing the model of framework, based on the model scale literature collection and questionnaire investigation, using spss17。0 statistical software data statistical analysis was carried out on the scale and give the corresponding conclusions and recommendations。
