摘要随着市场竞争的愈演愈烈,采购管理成为制造企业不得不重视的一个方面,良好的采购管理对于企业的发展尤为重要。供应商评价是采购管理的重要组成部分,通过对供应商的评价制造企业可以筛选出市场上较为优质的供应商,由此提高自身的竞争力。建立良好的供应商评价体系还有利于帮助企业规避由于供应链复杂性与供应链企业之间差异性带来的供应链风险。因此供应商评价研究对于企业有着重要的现实意义。87076
本文主要研究的是药品行业的供应商评价选择,药品行业受我国的严格监管,该行业的评价指标体系与其他行业的评价指标体系很大程度的不同。本文通过真实的企业案例对该评价指标体系进行分析,选取了五个一级指标与二十个二级指标,并采用层次分析法确定权重,接着通过层次总排序计算每家供应商的得分,最终筛选出对该企业而言较为优质的供应商。

Research on the evaluation of pharmaceutical suppliers based on Analytic Hierarchy Process
Abstract As the market competition intensified, purchasing and supply management have to emphasis on the aspect of the manufacturing industry, good purchasing management is particularly important to the development of enterprises。 Supplier evaluation is an important part of purchasing management, manufacturing enterprise can screen out relatively high quality suppliers and improve their competitiveness through to the supplier evaluation。 Establishing a good supplier evaluation system to help enterprises to avoid because of the complication of supply chain and supply chain enterprises brought by the difference between supply chain risk。 So supplier evaluation for enterprise research has important practical significance。
The main research of this paper is the evaluation and selection of suppliers in the pharmaceutical industry。The drugs industry tightly regulated by our country, so the evaluation index system of the industry and other industry evaluation index system is greatly different。 This article selects the five level indicators and twenty secondary indicators, uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight, and through real business case for the evaluation index system is analyzed,and then calculate each vendor's score by using the hierarchy。 finally select a relatively high quality suppliers for the enterprise。
