摘要：从我国进入新世纪以来，洪水、地震、矿井塌方以及病毒传染等危机事件发生频率增高，引起了国家和社会的广泛关注。我国政府与新闻媒体在处理我国突发公共事件中发挥了重要的作用，在突发事件中政府和媒体，由于传统观念的束缚、立场的差异以及相关法律制度的不成熟等极易导致政府和媒体的关系的恶化，不利于突发事件的有效处理，所以政府应当转变传统的固化观念，致力搭建和修缮政府与媒体沟通的桥梁，改变事件中对政府有关新闻媒体互动方面的绩效评估方式，并且激发媒体社会责任感，进一步加快新闻立法，保障媒体优势功能的发挥，以实现在突发事件发生时政府与媒体精诚合作，为人民提供正确引导与支持，促进社会秩序稳定。94257

The Construction of the Benign Interaction between the Government and the Media in the Emergency

Abstract:Since entering the new century in China, flood, earthquake, mines, and virus crisis events such as frequency, caused the extensive concern of the state and society。 Our country government and news media in the process of public emergency in our country play an important role, the government and media in emergencies, due to the bondage of traditional ideas, the differences between the position and the related law system not mature easily lead to deterioration of the relationship between the government and the media, is not conducive to the effective treatment for emergency, so the government should change the traditional curing concept, is committed to build and repair the bridge of the government and the media, change events on the government performance evaluation about the news media interactive way, and stimulates the media social responsibility, to further speed up the news legislation, protection of media advantage function, in order to realize the government cooperate with the media when emergencies happen, provide people with proper guidance and support, to promote social order and stability。
