The analysis of the effect of curriculum teaching, from the teachers’ point of view, to explore the internal factors that affect teaching effectiveness. With the analysis of the quality of students and the analysis result of this part, there is no excessive fluctuation on teaching effectiveness of IMIS. As for the performance of difference courses and the achievement of teaching work, the teaching effectiveness of the public basic courses and subject basic courses are unsatisfactory, and there is a certain correlation between them. The relevance of both kind of courses and the correlation between that and professional course are more obvious among the students who have good grades.
In conclusion, this paper makes some suggestions, which solve problems that exist at present stage in teaching work of IMIS. Dividing students who are in different areas into classes according to their characteristics, increasing hours of the courses which have poor performance with opinions of teachers (mainly mathematics and technical courses), combining curriculum teaching and practice while improving the criteria of assessment of practice and the classification teaching are advices to continuously improve the teaching work of information management and information system in Jiangsu University of Science and Technology.

0引言
研究背景信息管理与信息系统专业旨在培养德、智、体诸方面全面发展,具有坚实的管理知识及计算机知识基础,能在制造业、机关事业等单位从事管理信息系统分析、设计、实施与维护的高级专门管理工程人才。学生在校期间,将系统学习管理信息系统、决策支持系统的基础理论及其开发和管理的技术,学习在企事业单位运用计算机实现管理信息系统、决策支持系统的理论和方法。
根据信息管理与信息系统专业的培养目的,研究人员以及本专业教师共同制定本专业的教学大纲。教学大纲中设定不同门类、贴近当时实际的课程,以培养出符合培养要求的复合型人才。虽然教学大纲为本专业的教学工作提供了完善的运作指导,但在不同时间、不同教师的教学方式之下,教学工作的开展未必尽如人意。因此,研究人员及本专业教师采取“跟进式”工作原则,周期性地对教学大纲进行审核、校订及修改该工作,以保证教学大纲可以在实际教学工作中发挥其应有的作用。
