摘 要本文在国土资源部、国家发改委联合印发的《京津冀协同发展土地利用总体 规划(2015-2020)》推动土地变化检测的背景下,利用长时间序列的 MODIS 数据产品,对人类活动造成的咸海的急剧萎缩进行检测。
本文主要是基于时间跨度十三年的 MODIS 土地利用覆盖分类产品,对咸海 地区的土地利用变化进行分析和检测。分别采用多时相影像叠合法、图像差值法、 分类后比较法和时序分析法四种方法对变化率、变化量、变化方向、变化范围、 变化趋势等检测指标进行分析。69970
本文主要的结论是研究区域内水体的面积在 2013 年为 166 平方千米,相较 2001 年的 309.5 平方千米减少了 143.5 平方千米。2013 年咸海水体的覆盖面积缩 减到 2001 年咸海水体覆盖面积的 54%,年均变化率为 6.75%,变化主要发生在 东咸海的东南部。缩减的水体部分主要转变成为了草地和稀疏植被。草地面积至 2013 年增加了 730 平方千米,2001 到 2013 年间每年的增长率基本稳定在 2%。 稀疏植被减少量为 302.5 平方千米,因为周边国家的环境治理措施,稀疏植被在 2001 到 2013 年间有明显的先减少,后基本不变,再增长的变化趋势。其他的五 种研究区主要地表覆盖类型变化此处不再详述。

Detection of Land Use and Cover Change based on MODIS
Abstract
On the background of a policy paper named Overall Land Use Planning of Collaborative Development,with free data of MODIS,we did the change detection of Xianhai whose area lost due to human activities.
Research of the land use and cover change in Xianhai was based on the land product of MODIS.The methods which mentioned in this article are clour-composition method based on multidate-image,image difference method,post classification comparison method and analysis based on time series.
We got some conclusions due to this research that the area of water in Xianhai decreased 143.5km2 from 309.5km2 in 2001,the percent is 54%,the average annual rate of change is 6.75%.The most change part is on the east and south direction.The lossing part transformed to grass and sparse vegetation.The area of grass increased 730km2 ,the ratio of change is a little more or less than 2%.The area of sparse vegetation lost 2.5km2.Due to the protect action of countries around Xianhai,there is a change tendency that the area of Xianhai decreased first than increased in final.More information about the other 5 types of land cover not expressed in here.You can get it in the next pages.
