摘要目前我国农村居民点普遍存在着数量多、分布散乱、占地多等问题,这也导致了土地资源利用效益降低。在推动城乡一体化的大背景下,为了能够因地制宜的制定土地利用整治措施,了解农村居民点用地布局及其动态变化,对于优化农村居民点用地布局,提高土地利用集约度,统筹城乡一体化具有重要意义。本文以江苏省连云港市为例,利用Landsat影像,通过监督分类结合目视解译,对研究区2005、2010、2015年土地利用类型进行提取,利用GIS平台进行空间叠加分析,得到土地利用转移矩阵及土地利用空间分布图。结果表明,近10年来,通过对土地整治规划,农村居民点面积总体减少并大部分转化为了耕地和城镇用地,连云港市农村建设用地布局得到优化,城镇用地扩张,城乡一体化进程加快。72312

Research on The Dynamic Change of Rural Residential Area Based on Remoting Sensing Image——A Case Study of Lianyungang City
Abstract In recent years, several problems such as large quantity, scattered distribution, wasteful of land generally exist in Chinese rural residential lands, and it also results in the low utilization efficiency of the land resources。 Under the background of promoting the integration of urban and rural, understanding the land-use layout and dynamic change of rural residential area is significant for the optimization of rural construction lands layout, the improvement of the land-use intensity and the balance between urban and rural integration。 This thesis takes LianYunGang of Jiangsu province as an example。It makes use of landsat image, extracts data from land-use type in 2005, 2010, 2015 of the studied area and makes an analysis of spatial overlay through GIS platform then we can achieve the transfer matrix of land-use and land-use spatial pattern。 Results show that in recent 10 years, through the land reclamation and planning, the general areas of rural residential lands were decreased and mostly turned into the cultivated land and urban area。 In LianYunGang, the rural construction land layout was optimized,the urban areas was expanded and the progress of urban and rural integration speeded up。
