摘要全球正在以前所未有的速度进行着城镇化,自上世纪 90 年代以来,中国的 城镇也进入到加速扩张时期,并引起了一系列资源环境问题。及时准确地获取和 掌握城镇扩张信息对于城镇化问题研究和新型城镇化发展规划等都具有重要意 义。不透水地表(城市硬化表面)是反映城镇扩张的重要指示因子。本文,以夜 间灯光数据(DMSP)为主要数据源,选取江苏省为研究区,研究 DMSP 与 NDVI 结合的区域尺度不透水提取算法,提出利用 DMSP 和 MODIS NDVI 指数结合实现对 研究区内植被、水体等干扰因素的剔除,然后采取动态的阈值自适应提取方法确 定动态阈值提取江苏省不同经济状况地区的城镇边界,完成了城市不透水面的提 取,确定城镇范围;实现了该地区 2003 年、2008 年和 2013 年的动态制图;在 此基础上,分析江苏省 2003-2013 年主要城镇扩张的时间过程与空间特征。研究 表明采用 DMSP 和 MODIS 数据的有效结合,能够准确的完成区域尺度上的城镇扩 张监测;江苏省城镇扩展在时间过程上呈现苏中、苏北地区城镇扩张的变化率较 苏南快,空间特征呈现出由中心城区呈环状不断向外围扩张。73823

Abstract The world is at an unprecedented pace of urbanization. Since the 1990s, China has entered the accelerated urban expansion period.Meantime urbanization has caused a series of resources and environmental problems. Timely and accurate access to master information of urban expansion are all important issues for the study of urbanization and new urban development plan. Impervious surface (surface hardening city) is one of the important instructions reflect urban expansion factor. In this paper, with night lights data (DMSP) as the main data source, select the Jiangsu Province as the study area, to discover impervious extraction algorithm combined by DMSP and NDVI in regional scale. The use of DMSP and MODIS NDVI index combination to achieve the study area, vegetation, water and so eliminate interference factors, and then take a dynamic adaptive threshold extraction method for determining dynamic threshold to extract the town boundary of Jiangsu Province economic areas, completing the extraction of urban impervious surface to determine the cities and towns; realized in the region in 2003, 2008 and 2013 dynamic mapping. On this basis,the analysis of jiangsu province in 2003-2013, the main characteristics of urban expansion process of time and space time process on the middle and the rate of change of urban expansion in north jiangsu is relatively fast, in the south of jiangsu space shows the central urban area from the ring to the features of peripheral expansion.Studies have shown that it is possible to monitor the urban expansion accurately on the regional scales by effectively using DMSP and MODIS data.
