摘要国内外许多学者已经在城市绿地可达性研究上取得了丰硕的成果,然而这些研究却很少使用地理信息系统作为研究方法。近年来,GIS作为一个非常实用的工具逐渐被研究者所重视,本文将以无锡市(不包含江阴和宜兴)作为研究区域,以2016年无锡最新的行政区划数据、交通网络数据、绿地数据等作为源数据,首先运用ArcGIS9。3软件对这些源数据进行矢量化处理,在此基础上,使用ArcGIS9。3软件中的缓冲区分析和网络分析功能,基于无锡城市绿地可达性,对无锡绿地的空间分布和对市民服务的有效性进行分析[1]。经研究,无锡城市绿地可达性总体上较好,但仍存在一些问题。在城市中部地区,绿地覆盖率较高,市民的可达性较好;而城市周边地区,特别是东部和东北部地区,绿地覆盖率较低,市民的可达性较差,希望无锡政府在今后绿地的建设与规划时加大城市周边绿地的投入。73880

Abstract A large amount of scholars have made great achievements in the research of accessibility in China or abroad。 However, geographical information system is rarely involved in these researches which functions as the research method。 In recent years, GIS works as a useful tool and gradually arises great attention。 This article will take Wuxi (excluding Jiangyin and Yixing) as the research area, which takes Wuxi’s latest administratice pision data, traffic network data and green space data as the source data in 2016, and firstly the ArcGIS9。3 is used to carry out the vector processing of the source data。 Based on this, using the buffering area analysis and network analysis function of ArcGIS9。3 software and then analyze the spatial distripution of green space and effectiveness of the public service in Wuxi based on the accessibility of urban green space in Wuxi。 Through the research, the urban green space accessibility in Wuxi is generally good but there are still some problems existed。 In the urban part of the city, the green space coverage rate is relatively high and the public’s accessibility is relatively good。 But in the surrounding areas, especially in the eastern and north-eastern regions, green coverage rate is relatively low and the public’s accessibility is relatively low。 We hope that the government of Wuxi will increase the investment in the construction and planning of green space in surrounding areas of city in the future。
