摘要近年来,大学生创业团队不断涌现。本课题基于人力资源管理和组织行为学相关理论,探究大学生创业团队知识异质性、团队互动与创业绩效之间的关系机理。论文首先通过理论分析和文献回顾提出模型假设;接下来通过调查问卷进行数据的收集,采用统计分析软件利用描述性统计、独立样本T检验、单因素方差分析、相关分析、回归分析等手段验证相关理论和假设。研究结果显示:
(1)人口统计变量在知识异质性、团队互动和创业绩效各维度上表现出了不同程度的显著性差异。80419
(2)大学生创业团队知识异质性对团队互动和创业绩效均具有显著的正向影响。
(3)团队互动对创业绩效有较强的预测作用,并且团队互动作为中介变量在知识异质性与创业绩效间起到了中介作用。

Title A study on the relationship between knowledge heterogeneity, team interaction and entrepreneurial performance of College Students' entrepreneurial team
Abstract In recent years,the college students’ entrepreneurial team constantly emerging 。 Based on the theory of human resource management and organization Behavior,
this paper explores the relationship between entrepreneurial team knowledge heterogeneity,team interaction and entrepreneurial performance。Firstly,through theoretical analysis and literature review and proposed model assumes;followed by a questionnaire survey to collect date,using statistical analysis software using descriptive statistics,Independent sample t-test,single factor variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other means to verify the related heories and hypotheses。Research results show:
(1) The significant differences in the dimensions of knowledge heterogeneity,team interaction and entrepreneurial performance were demonstrated by demographic data。
(2) University Students’ entrepreneurial team knowledge heterogeneity has
Significant positive impact on team interaction and entrepreneurial
performance。
(3)Team interaction has a strong predictive effect on entrepreneurial performance,and the interaction between the team as an intermediary role in the relationship between knowledge heterogeneity and entrepreneurial performance 。
