摘要零售企业配送中心的合理选址，不仅会降低其本身的配送成本，而且会对供应链 内上游供给侧和下游门店的高效运转提供必要保障。本文从制约连锁零售企业配送中 心选址发展问题的关键矛盾入手，对运输成本、动态需求下服务模式等关键指标分析 与评估，运用重心法对连锁零售企业配送中心备选方案进行初步选址分析，然后对随 机需求下供应模式作出动态模型规划分析，并对初选结果进一步筛选乃至得出最优选 择，在分析连锁零售企业配送中心选址动态模型时，给出不同阶段的最佳选址决策方 案，以供决策者选择。81811

Analysis on distribution center location of chain retail enterprises

Abstract The reasonable location of the distribution center of retail enterprises will not only reduce the distribution cost, but also provide the necessary guarantee for the efficient operation of the upstream and downstream stores in the supply chain。 This paper from the control chain of retail distribution center location key contradiction of the development of analysis and evaluation of key indicators of transport costs, under dynamic demand service mode, using center of gravity method of chain retail enterprise distribution center alternative preliminary location analysis, although after under the stochastic demand supply mode make a analysis of the dynamic programming model, and the primary results further screening and optimal selection, in analyzing the dynamic location model of distribution center of chain retail enterprises, are at different stages of best location decision scheme, for the decision maker to choose。
