摘要：本文首先简单阐述农产品物流内涵和特点、农产品物流配送效率概念以及以及对物流配送效率一般性影响因素作理论分析，其次介绍我国农产品物流配送效率的现状，并且在此基础上展开实证分析。实证分析以2003-2011年我国30个省、市、自治区的面板数据为基础，利用DEA方法对我国农产品物流配送效率进行测度和评价。然后再基于Tobit回归模型进行进一步实证分析，探究经济发展水平、信息服务投入、制度环境和产业结构调整这四项外生性环境因素对农产品物流配送效率的影响。最后，根据实证分析的结果，有针对性地提出了一些提升农产品物流配送效率的对策和建议。83275

Title：Analysis of Factors in the Efficiency of Agricultural Products Logistics 

Abstract：

First of all, this paper discusses the connotation and features of agricultural products logistics, the concept of the efficiency of agricultural products logistics and general theoretical analysis of factors affecting the efficiency of agricultural products logistics。 Then the status of our country's agricultural products logistics efficiency is introduced and empirical analysis is done on this basis。 The paper uses DEA to do measurement and evaluation of agricultural products logistics efficiency, based on the panel data of China's 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions during year 2003-2011。 Afterwards, we use Tobit regression model to do further empirical analysis in order to explore four exogenous environmental factors—the level of economic development, investment in information services, the impact of the institutional environment and industrial restructuring on the efficiency of agricultural products logistics。 Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, we put forward a number of distribution strategies and recommendations to enhance the efficiency of agricultural products logistics。
