摘要印染废水主要来源于印染工艺流程中的退浆、煮练、漂白、染色、印花、整理等工序。印染废水的污染物主要包括有机污染物、重金属、碱性和染料,这些污染物会破坏水体生态环境、造成土地盐碱化,甚至危害人类健康。在印染废水处理工艺中,污染物指标主要有COD、BOD、悬浮物、pH(碱性)及色度。本设计结合该印染废水的水质及特性,采用物化法+生物法组合的工艺,主体构筑物为水解酸化池、接触氧化池和二沉池。在工艺末端采用出水监测池来检测处理后的废水水质,若各项指标全部达标则直接排放,若没有全部达标则将废水引到活性炭脱色罐,来确保废水达标排放。本设计中,废水水量1000t/d,预测 COD、BOD、色度、SS这四项污染物指标的去除率分别达到90%、90%、90%、88。9%,pH范围在6-9,出水达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287-2012)的一级标准,最后排放到附近水体。84529

Abstract This topic is the project design of textile dye wastewater treatment with the flow of 1000t/d。 First, textile dye wastewater is from different processes such as back to pulp, scouring, bleaching, dyeing, printing and finishing。 The main pollutants are organic pollutants, heavy metals, pH, dyes, etc。 These pollutants can destroy the ecological environment of water, can cause land salinization, and even can endanger human health。 In the textile dye wastewater treatment process, the main pollutant indexes are COD, BOD, SS, pH (alkaline) and color。 According to the quality and characteristics of textile dye wastewater, this design combines physical and biological methods, and the main structures in this design are hydrolysis acidification reactor, contact oxidation reactor and the secondary clarifier。 In addition, there are one effluent monitoring pool and two activated carbon adsorption tanks at the ending of this project, ensuring effluent to reach the standard。 If each pollutant index reaches the standard, wastewater will be discharged directly; if not, the pipelines will lead wastewater to activated carbon adsorption tank。 The expected removal efficiencies of COD、BOD、color and SS are respectively 90%,90%,90% and 88。9%, as well as, pH is between 6 and 9。 After treatment, the effluent will reach First class standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants from Textile and Dyeing Wastewater(GB4287-2012), and then will enter the nearby nature water。
