摘要金属有机骨架材料(MOFs)是目前十分热门的一种新功能材料,在学术研究和工业生产方面都有着广泛的研究和应用前景。它是由无机金属离子和有机配体通过配位键形成的特殊的多孔晶体材料,具有拓扑结构丰富,比表面积大,可设计、剪裁,功能化容易等优点。尤其是在催化方面,MOFs结合了金属有机配合物和分子筛的优点,可以直接用作催化剂,也可作为催化剂载体使用。因此本论文重点研究MOFs的催化作用。88244
本论文设计合成了含有脯氨酰胺的手性三羧酸配体:(H3L-boc)、(H3L),这两种羧酸配体进一步与不同的过渡金属离子配位得到了2种新颖的多孔金属有机骨架配合物:[Zn4O(L-boc)2](I)、[Fe2CoO(L)2](II)。采用红外、H-NMR、PXRD和热重等对有机配体和配合物进行表征。其中,对[Fe2CoO(L)2](II)进行X-射线单晶衍射,经分析知道它属于单斜晶系,空间群为P21/C。配合物I、II稳定骨架中含有L-吡咯烷催化位点,因而开展了配合物I、II对环己酮和对硝基苯甲醛不对称Aldol反应的催化性能研究,催化产物的ee值都不高,但是值得一提的是,生成的都是以顺式构型为主。
Abstract Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) is a very popular new functional material, in academic research and industrial production has a wide range of research and application prospects。 It is composed of inorganic metal ions and organic ligands through the coordination key to form a special porous crystal material, with a rich topology, large surface area, can be designed, tailored, easy to function and so on。 Especially in the catalytic aspects, MOFs combine the advantages of metal organic complexes and molecular sieves, can be used directly as a catalyst, can also be used as a catalyst carrier。 Therefore, this paper focuses on the catalytic effect of MOFs。
In this paper, chiral tricarboxylic acid ligands containing proline amide (H3L-boc) and (H3L) were designed and synthesized。 The two carboxylic acid ligands were further coordinated with different transition metal ions。 Porous metal organic skeleton complex: [Zn4O(L-boc)2] (I), [Fe2CoO(L)2] (II)。 The organic ligands and complexes were characterized by IR, H-NMR, PXRD and thermogravimetry。 Among them, X-ray single crystal diffraction of [Fe2CoO(L)2] (II) was carried out。 It was found that it belongs to monoclinic system with P21/C space group。 The catalytic properties of complexes I and II on the asymmetric Aldol reaction of cyclohexanone and p-nitrobenzaldehyde were studied, and the ee values of the catalytic products were investigated。 Not high, but it is worth mentioning that the generation is based on cis-configuration-based。
