摘要:目前,我国的城市废弃生物质资源产量高且资源利用率又低,对其中的有效成分进行转化加工生产生物能源,在缓解资源紧张、能源短缺等方面具有重要的意义。本研究选取废弃的办公用纸作为原材料,通过硫酸和氢氧化钠的两种预处理,分析其降解特性,为其能够作为生物质资源的有效利用提供理论基础。85795
纸中的水分,可溶性糖,半纤维素以及木质素的含量很低,纤维素的含量很高,约占纸屑干重的75%;硫酸和氢氧化钠预处理可以部分水解纸屑纤维素,释放还原性单糖,硫酸的处理产糖率高于氢氧化钠碱处理。随着预处理液浓度的提升,酸、碱处理残渣纤维素酶水解效率逐步升高,1%NaOH的残渣达到最高。酸、碱预处理后可以进一步破坏纸屑的结晶纤维素,提高水解效率,被水解的纤维素占总量的20%左右。

In this study, waste disposal paper was used as raw material, and the degradation characteristics were analyzed by two kinds of pretreatment of sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide, which could provide the theoretical basis for the effective utilization of biomass resources。
The moisture content of the paper, soluble sugar, hemicellulose and lignin is very low, the content of cellulose is very high, about 75%, Sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide pretreatment can be partially hydrolyzed paper cellulose, the release of reducing monosaccharides, sulfuric acid treatment of sugar yield higher than sodium hydroxide treatment。 With the increase of the concentration of pretreatment solution, the hydrolysis efficiency of cellulose and acid treatment increased gradually, and the residue of 1% NaOH reached the highest。Acid and alkali pretreatment can further damage the crystalline cellulose, improve the hydrolysis efficiency, the hydrolysis of cellulose accounted for about 20% of the total。
