摘 要:本文研究了从苏北地产麦冬果中提取色素的适宜于工业生产的方法。以麦冬果为原料, 水做为溶剂,采用超声辅助溶剂提取方法,在均匀设计方案下探讨了超声功率、浸提温度、超声提取时间三因素对提取物的吸光度的影响;采用计算机软件Excel对因素及结果进行回归分析,得到了因素和吸光度的数学模型为:

Abstract:In this paper, a method for the suitable industrial extracted pigment from fruit of Ophiopogon japonicus were researched。 The fruit of Ophiopogon japonicus were used as extraction materials and distilled water were used as solvent。 The extraction of the pigment were carried out using combination methods both an ultrasound-assisted distilled water extraction process and uniform design method。 The effect factors on absorbance of pigment, such as extraction temperature, ultrasonic irradiation time and power were tested。 A mathematical model of the effect factors and the absorbance is regressed by using Excel software 2007:

The optimal extraction conditions are solved through equation, that are 66。1% ultrasonic power, the extraction temperature of 32。9℃, ultrasonic irradiation time 10 min and the real extraction yield of total active ingredients is 0。567 and the predicted value 0。572 under these conditions。 Ultrasonic assisted uniform design method to extract pigment from fruit of Ophiopogon japonicus is an effective method。
