摘要本文运用静电喷雾法制备硼复合粒子,探讨了制备条件,发现在电压18KV,喷嘴与铝箔距离10cm,喷液流速在3ml/min-1的情况下可以制得良好的硼复合粒子。为了探究在静电喷雾法制备下,不同含量硝化棉对硼复合粒子的微观形貌,热化学反应机理以及点火性能,本文运用扫描电镜(SEM),密闭爆发器测试和热重/差热(TG/DSC)测试进行分析,结果发现,加入硝化棉可以明显减少主反应的反应温度,3%硝化棉的硼复合粒子有最好的微球状的微观形貌,硝化棉不仅起粘合剂的作用,还参与反应,少量的硝化棉(3%-5%)可以减少点火时间,提高爆炸性能。综合考虑,3%硝化棉为最适加入量。51309

Abstract
Title: Preparation of boron composite nanoparticles by electrostatic spraying
Using electrostatic spray method preparation of boron composite particles, the influence of preparation conditions, found in the voltage of 18kV, nozzle and aluminum foil distance of 10 cm, spray flow rate in the 3ml/min-1 can be of good boron composite particles.
