摘要本文的主要工作内容是研究有机功能组分对水系灭火剂制备工艺与灭火效能的影响。研究目的是针对常规水系灭火剂很难扑灭的B类火灾中以丙酮为代表的化学溶剂着火的燃烧机理,采用有机阻燃剂阻断其有焰燃烧的链式反应,最终达到灭火效能。通过调研分析,本文筛选了7种可能有效的有机阻燃剂;由于它们都难溶于水,还需要添加乳化剂与表面活性剂进行复配,并通过乳化机械的高速分散来实现体系的均匀化。通过乳化实验筛选出4种乳化效果最佳的有机组分,将这四种有机组分分别与水进行乳化,制得四种水系灭火剂,最后通过灭火实验筛选出三种效能良好的灭火剂。这三种灭火剂的pH值都在6~7之间,密度约为1.02~1.04g/cm3,灭火时间在7~13s之间,用量体积比在0.35~0.6之间。61480

Title Organic functional components on water extinguishing agent performance and the impact of technology
Abstract
In this paper, we mainly concentrate on the shortcomings of the water in the extinguishing fire process by adding organic functional components to change the physical and chemical properties of water to improve the efficiency of fire of water. Research purposes is difficult for conventional water extinguishing Class B fires extinguished using acetone as the representative of chemical solvents ignition combustion mechanism, the use of organic flame blocking its flaming combustion chain reaction, ultimately extinguishing performance.Through research and analysis, the paper filter 7 kinds of organic flame retardant may be effective; immune as they dissolve in water, but also need to add the emulsifier and surfactant complex and high speed dispersion by emulsifying machine to achieve a homogeneous system technology.Screened by emulsifying the four kinds of experiments the best emulsification of the organic component, the organic components of these four were emulsified with water to prepare four kinds of water extinguishing agent, and finally screened by fire three kinds of experiment excellent extinguishing performance .The three fire extinguishing agents have a pH between 6 to 7, a density of about 1.02 to 1.04g/cm3, extinguishing time is between 7 to 13s, the volume ratio of the amount of 0.35 to 0.6.
