摘要为了研究烟火药水下燃烧的声辐射机理,分别研究了单纯气体、微气体高温固体产物与水作用的声辐射特征规律。设计了氮气声源、气幕声源(与水反应产气的化学试剂声源)、微气体高热剂燃烧声源,并借助红外测温仪对微气体高温固体产物的温度进行了测试,利用水声测试系统设备,试验研究了以上三种声源在水下的声辐射特征规律。通过对实验数据的整理及分析,得到气体声源不同气体压力,喷口形状,喷口不同方向及双管道喷口相对位置对声辐射特征影响;得到了微气体高热剂燃烧声源反应速率,及高热固体产物的温度对声辐射特征的影响规律。并进一步总结不同因素对水下烟火药燃烧产生的声辐射特征贡献程度。64337

Title Bubble characteristics and acoustic radiation characteristics of different sound sources
Abstract To study on the acoustic radiation mechanism of underwater pyrotechnic combustion, pure gases, micro-gas solid product with high temperature in the water were studied to obtain acoustic radiation characteristics. Nitrogen source, the gas curtain source(the chemical reagent source that
product gas reacting with water) and combustion source of high temperature reagent for micro-gas were designed to, with the help of infrared thermometer to test the temperature of high heat solid for micro-gas, and the help of acoustic test system equipment to obtain acoustic radiation characteristics of these sources in the water. By collating and analyzing experimental data , sound radiation characteristics influence of different gas pressure, nozzle shape, nozzle in different directions and dual channel in the relative position about gas source were obtained, we got the influence of reaction rate about micro-gas combustion source, and temperature about high heat solid product on the sound radiation characteristics. That different factors contribute to the acoustic radiation characteristics of the underwater pyrotechnic combustion was further summarized.
