摘要:以拟南芥野生型及低NO水平突变体rif1-3和低NR活性突变体nia1-2的愈伤组织为材料,研究NO对植物Zn的胁迫抗性的影响。结果表明:在Zn胁迫下,拟南芥野生型愈伤组织的含水量下降、生长会减慢、细胞活力会下降,相对电导率会增加,丙二醛会发生积累。外源NO能够减轻Zn胁迫下愈伤组织含水量的下降、生长的抑制以及细胞活力的下降的程度,降低相对电导率,减少丙二醛的含量积累,减轻细胞膜损伤的程度,会对植物起到保护作用。在Zn胁迫下,低内源NO水平突变体 rif1-3和低NR活性突变体nia1-2相对含水量、相对生长率和相对细胞活力显著低于野生型,相反,其相对电导率和MDA显著高于野生型,进一步证明在锌胁迫下NO对植物的保护作用。70095

Influence of nitric oxide on the zinc stress tolerance in plant
Abstract: Calluses from wild-type Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) and Arabidopsis mutants (rif1-3 and nia1-2) were used to study the influence of NO on zinc stress tolerance in plant. Results showed that zinc stress resulted in significant decrease of relative water content, cell viability and growth inhibition and increase of ion leakage and MDA content in wild-type Arabidopsis. Application of nitric oxide donor, sodium nitroprusside (SNP), dramatically alleviated zinc stress induced ion leakage, water content, growth rate and cell viability decrease and MDA accumulation. Furthermore, in mutants rif1-3 and nia1-2, relative water content, growth inhibition and cell viability were significantly lower than the wild type while relative electrical conductivity and MDA content were markedly higher than the wild type under zinc stress, suggesting that the protection of NO under zinc stress in plant.
