摘要: 本课题的目的为通过使用从无转子硫化仪得出的硫化实验数据,研究有效硫化体系下天然橡胶(NR)化合物的硫化动力学。使用Claxton-Liska和Deng-Isayev提出的硫化动力学模型,在曲线拟合软件Origin8.1的帮助下确定硫化动力学参数。研究了高硫化温度下,促进剂、硫磺和白炭黑的用量对的硫化特性和硫化动力学参数的影响。根据所得的动力学数据结果表明,上述两种模型能够充分描述研究对象的硫化行为。这表明了运用Claxton-Liska和Deng-Isayev模型对实验数据进行拟合可以为研究NR化合物的硫化动力学提供一个良好的参考模型。70975

Study on Kinetics of Sulfuration of Natural Rubber
Abstract: The aim of this paper is to study the vulcanization kinetics of natural rubber (NR) compounds in an effective vulcanization system by using the vulcanization test data from a moving die rheometer. Using the vulcanization kinetics model proposed by Claxton-Liska and Deng-Isayev, the vulcanization kinetics parameters were determined with the help of the curve fitting software Origin 8.1. The effects of the amount of accelerator, sulfur and silica on the vulcanization and vulcanization kinetics of high vulcanization temperature were studied. According to the obtained kinetic data, it is shown that the two models can describe the vulcanization behavior of the research object. This suggests that the use of the Claxton-Liska and Deng-Isayev models to fit the experimental data can provide a good reference model for studying the vulcanization kinetics of NR compounds.
