摘要:建立以毛细管电泳法为基础来测定萘敏维滴眼液中3种主要成分的分析方法。利用通微公司Tri-sep3010和Tri-sep2100毛细管电泳仪,分别对缓冲液浓度、缓冲液pH以及分离电压等因素作用于萘敏维滴眼液中的3种主要成分的分离效果的影响进行了考察。对实验结果的分析表明,在检测波长为210nm、5kV的进样电压、10s进样时间的条件下,确定以25mmol/L、pH9。5四硼酸钠水溶液运行缓冲液,分离电压15kV为最终的电泳条件。在选定实验条件下,精密度实验结果相对标准偏差分别为3。1%、3。5%、0。2%。盐酸萘甲唑啉标准溶液在0。001-0。005mg/ml范围内、马来酸氯苯那敏标准溶液在0。01-0。05mg/ml范围内、维生素B12标准溶液在0。005-0。025mg/mL浓度范围内表现出良好的线性关系(相关系数r盐酸萘甲唑啉=0。997、r马来酸氯苯那=0。997、rVB12=0。996);检出限分别为22mg/L、24mg/L、10mg/L。加标回收率分别为95。7-104。2%、97。9-100。9%、 97。3-101。7%,这3种成分的加标回收率相对标准偏差分别为3。1%、1。4%、2。2%,通过对几种不同产商的萘敏维滴眼液样品进行实验,数据结果显示该方法操作简便,重复性、精密度都达到了相关要求。71941

Capillary electrophoresis method for determination of the three component of Naiminwei Eye Drops
Abstract: The analysis method of determination of 3 main componebts(naphazoline hydrochloride、chlorphenamine maleate、 VB12) in Naiminwei Eye Drops was established by capillary electrophoresis。Based on the Tri-sep3010 and Tri-sep2100
capillary electrophoresis,the effect of buffer solution concentrtion ,pH and separation voltage of 3 main compomebts in Naiminwei Eye Drops were investigated。The results showed that in the conditions of determine wavelength 210nm,injecting time 10s,the optimun electrophoresis conditions were determined as 25 mmol/L Borax solution,pH 9。5,and separation voltage 15kV。Under the conditions,naphazoline hydrochloride in the range of 0。001-0。005mg/mL, Chlorphenamine Maleate in the range of 0。01-0。05mg/mL, VB12 in the range of 0。005-0。025mg/mL all showed a good linear relationship(r naphazoline hydrochloride =0。997, rchlorpheniramine =0。997, rVB12=0。996)。 The limit of detection were 22、24、10。 The adding standard recovery rate were 95。7-104。2%, 97。9-100。9% ,97。3-101。7%。 And the relative standard deviation(RSD)were 3。1%、1。4%、2。2%。The RSD of precision experiments results were 3。1、3。5%、0。2%。 Through the experiments of several samples, the results show that the method has the advantages of simple operation, high accuracy, good precision, which could meet the determination requirements of 3 main components in Naiminwei Eye Drops。
