摘要:酚醛环氧树脂环氧基含量高,黏度较大,固化后产物交联密度高。就三大热固性树脂而言,酚醛树脂具有价格便宜、耐热、耐燃、低烟和低毒等特点,应用广泛,发展历史悠久。本论文将以聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)和线性酚醛环氧树脂(EPN)为原料,DMP-30为催化剂,通过PVB上的羟基与EPN上的环氧基的固化反应来改进酚醛环氧树脂的耐老化性能。在实验中,PVB用体积比为3:1的乙酸乙酯和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)的溶液溶解。在PVB与EPN固化反应中,还需要加入附着力促进剂EL-9041。实验表明:酚醛环氧涂层耐老化性能最优的条件是:羟基与环氧基摩尔比5:1,催化剂DMP-30用量为酚醛环氧树脂的0。1%,附着力促进剂EL-9041用量为总配方量的1%。以此制备的涂层具有较好的硬度和附着力,涂层的硬度用铅笔硬度计测定为5H以上,附着力用画圈法测定为1-2级。72160

Study on the ageing-resistant performance of flexible phenolic epoxy coating
Abstract: :Phenolic epoxy resin has high content of epoxy resin, high viscosity and high crosslinking density。 As far as the three thermosetting resins are concerned, the phenolic resin has the advantages of low cost, heat resistance, flame resistance, low smoke and low toxicity and it is widely used and has a long history of development。 This paper will take the polyvinyl butyral (PVB) and linear phenolic epoxy resin (EPN) as raw materials, DMP-30 as catalyst and the ageing-resistant performance of phenolic epoxy resin was improved by the curing reaction of hydroxyl groups on PVB and epoxy groups on EPN。 In the experiment, PVB was dissolved in ethyl acetate and N, N- two methyl formamide (DMF) solution with volume ratio of 3:1。 PVB and EPN curing reaction, also need to add adhesion promoter EL-9041。 Experimental results show that the phenolic epoxy coating aging performance of the optimal condition is: hydroxyl and epoxy’s mole ratio is 5:1, the dosage of catalyst DMP-30 is 0。1% of dosage of Phenolic epoxy resin, the dosage of the adhesion agent EL-9041 is 1% of dosage of general formula。 Coatings prepared under this condition has good hardness and adhesion, the hardness of the coating was measured by hardness pencil tester is 5H or more and the adhesion of the coating was measured by circle method is 1-2 levels。
