摘要:在本次实验中,通过SBA-15表面改性制备了0。2%重量催化剂,并将其应用于α-苯乙醇脱氢氧化苯乙酮的反应中。分别用红外光谱、TG、UV-Vis、SEM、XRF、BET对SBA-15、改性介质及配位催化剂进行了表征,测定了金属离子的负载率、热稳定性等特性。将0。2%wt Pd/SBA-15催化剂分别进行α-苯乙醇在不同的条件下催化氧化成苯乙酮的反应,并将催化剂措辞回收套用。通过对产物选择性以及产率的计算分析得出,苯乙醇的脱氢氧化受到多方面反应条件的限制,并且数据不规律的。它主要与催化剂的活跃度有关,温度太低,会压制催化剂的活跃度。催化剂量少,反应的时间过长。反应时间过短或过长,都会应影响反应的方向。所以我们在不同的条件下进行反应摸索选择出一条最为合适的反应路线。72942

Study on Application Technology of Oxide Composites
Abstract: In this experiment, 0。2% wt Pb / SBA-15 catalyst was prepared by functional modification on the surface of SBA-15 and applied to α-benzene Ethanol dehydrogenation of acetophenone in the reaction。SBA-15, modified carrier and coordination catalyst were characterized by IR, TG, UV-Vis, SEM, XRF and BET。 The loading and thermal stability of metal ions were determined。The reaction of α-phenylethyl alcohol catalyzed oxidation of acetophenone under different conditions was carried out by using 0。2% wt Pd / SBA-15 catalyst respectively。The results show that the dehydrogenation of phenylethyl alcohol is limited by the reaction conditions and the data are not linearly distributed。 Mainly related to the activity of the catalyst, the temperature is too high too low will inhibit the activity of the catalyst。If the amount of catalyst is too little, it will take too much time。 Whether the reaction is too long or too short ,it will affect the direction of reaction。 So we’re going to find a most appropriate route under different reaction conditions。
