摘要本文使用絮凝法,通过处理活性染料的模拟废水进行了脱色效果研究。絮凝剂使用PDMDAAC和PDAC两种阳离子均聚物,通过处理3种活性染料,分别为蓝KN-R、红3BF和黄3RF,进行单组模拟废水絮凝烧杯实验。以脱色率和CODMn的去除率为处理效果指标,考察絮凝剂的投加量对其影响。结果表明:絮凝效果随着磺酸基数和分子量的增加而增强;模拟废水的脱色率和CODMn去除率随投加量增加升高再下降,同时脱色率变化与CODMn去除率趋于一致,脱色率效果好时CODMn去除率也高;絮凝剂的特征黏度对处理效果没有直接影响,但高特征黏度对难处理染料的处理具有增强效果。以上结果为多组份模拟废水研究奠定了一定的基础。73228

Title Research on the treatment of the simulated single component dye wastewater
Abstract In this paper, the effect of different flocculant dosages on the flocculation efficiency of simulated reactive dyeing wastewater with single component was studied by using flocculation。 By using 2 kinds of cationic homopolymer, namely PDAC and PDM, the jar tests were used to treat three kinds of simulated dyeing wastewater with single component, namely reactive red 3BF, yellow 3RF and blue KN-R respectively。 The influences of flocculant dosages on the decolorization rate and the CODMn removal rate were which were used as critical stanard tested。 The results showed that the decolorization rate and the CODMn removal rate increased first and then declined gradually with the increased of the flocculant dosages。 Besides, the bigger the relative molecular mass of the dye was, the more sulfonic acid groups on the dye there were, the easier the their simulated wastewater could bedecolorized。 The intrinsic viscosity of homopolymer flocculants had no directly significant effect on the decolorization rate, but high intrinsic viscosity has little enhancement of treatment on the simulated wastewater of hard decoloration 。 The results above would lay a certain foundation for the study of multi-component simulated wastewater。
