摘要本文研究了不同点火药、不同压力体系对烟火点火器点火性能的影响,分别在密闭体系,常压体系和负压体系中进行实验,4种点火药包括黑火药、硼/硝酸钾、硅/四氧化三铅、硼/铬酸钡,然后对点火成功的点火药剂进行点火可靠性检验,根据实验,在密闭条件下,B/KNO3和B/BaCrO4可以点燃主装药,药量50mg即可,但B/BaCrO4点火可靠性不能达到百分之百,在常压和负压条件下,只有B/BaCrO4可以成功点火,常压下所需药量增大为100mg,在负压时可以可靠点火的最少药量为150mg(-0。005MPa)。另外,在密闭条件下,B/KNO3各项点火性能均优于B/BaCrO4,且增大药量可以提高点火性能。73513

Title Research on the environmental impact of pyrotechnic igniter performance
Abstract This paper studies the different points of gunpowder, the effects of different pressure system on the pyrotechnic igniter performance, respectively, in a closed system, vacuum system and atmospheric system experiment, four kinds of points including gunpowder black powder, B/KNO3,Si/Pb3O4,B/BaCrO4, and then ignites the ignition agent ignition reliability test, according to the experiment, in confined conditions, B/KNO3 and B/BaCrO4 can ignite the main charge, 50mg dose can be , but B/BaCrO4 ignition reliability can not be one hundred percent, at atmospheric pressure and negative pressure, only B/BaCrO4 successful ignition may, however, increase in volume of the drug required under normal pressure greatly 100mg, when the negative pressure can be reliably ignited a minimum dose of 150mg (-0。005MPa)。 Further, in confined conditions, B/KNO3 the ignition properties are better than B/BaCrO4, and the dosage can be increased to improve ignition performance。
