摘要本文研究了钨延期药长贮之后的性能变化,对预老化处理进行了探讨。主要研究内容有:对某型针刺延期雷管进行延期时间测定实验,研究正常老化后钨延期药的性能变化;对某型火焰点火管进行延期时间测定实验,研究预老化处理后钨延期药的性能变化;分析正常老化和预老化的作用机理。主要结论有:73515
1。经过正常老化(温度20℃±2℃中,相对湿度不低于95%,90d),钨延期药的延期时间延长了3%,延期精度降低了10%;
2。经过预老化处理(温度70℃,7d),钨延期药的延期时间减少了0。6%,延期精度提升了39%;
3。钨延期药的老化机理是:贮存过程中,氧化剂和还原剂钨发生固相反应,在钨表面生产一层氧化物,降低了钨的反应活性,使得延期药燃速下降,延期时间变长,延期精度下降;
4。预老化处理可以提高钨延期药精度,是钨延期药使用前,为了提高稳定性所必须的工序。

Abstract
Change in the performance parameters of tungsten type delay composition with aging time and aging mechanism were discussed in this paper。 The main research contents include: time measurement experiment on acupuncturing delay detonatoy, discussing the change in the performance parameters of tungsten type delay composition after aging; time measurement experiment on flaming ignition tube, discussing the change in the performance parameters of tungsten type delay composition after the pretreatment of aging; discussing aging mechanism。The main conclusions are as follows:
1。 After aging(20℃±2℃, relative humidity no less than 95%, 90d), the delay time tungsten type delay composition lengthens by 3% with the delay precision decreasing by 10%,
2。 After the pretreatment of aging(70℃, 7d), the delay time tungsten type delay composition decreases by 0。6% with the delay precision lengthening by 39%,
3。 The aging mechanism of tungsten type delay composition is a solid state reaction。 The reducing agent tungsten react with the oxidant potassium perchlorate and formed tungsten oxide on the surface, therefore, its activity decreased and delay time lengthened,
4。 It is necessary to do the pretreatment of aging before using tungsten type delay composition to improve the stability and the delay precision of delay time。
