摘要小型拔销器具有小尺寸、使用方便以及低冲击状态下安全可靠的特点,其广泛的应用在各类微型弹药保险和解除保险机构中。信息化弹药不仅复杂程度提高了,而且环境适应性的要求也更苛刻,所以其设计环节中纳入了可靠性指标作为设计指标。可靠性强化试验等各种可靠性试验在研制过程中被广泛的应用,也取得了很好的成果。拔销器的可靠性设计目前一般采用裕度设计来保证拔销器的可靠性。裕度设计低,则不能保证拔销器作用的可靠性;过高又浪费资源且增加多余的结构重量,所以难点就是在设计的时候就对拔销器的可靠度有定量的认识。本文主要研究拔销器的可靠性设计分析、拔销器的整体设计、拔销器的定型试验。结果表明:拔销器在一系列的可靠性定量试验中充分暴露拔销器设计的薄弱环节,通过故障分析、设计与工艺的改进以及改进措施有效性的验证,使拔销器的可靠度有了明显的提升。73516

Title Study on a pin extractor and its reliability analysis
Abstract The pin extractor has the advantages of small size, ease of use, low impact, as the actuator type of explosive device is widely used in all kinds of micro-ammunition。 Due to increase of information-based complexity of ammunition and demanding requirement to the environmental adaptability, reliability index as an indicator for design incorporated into the design。 Reliability in intensifying test model has been widely used in the process of development, and achieved good results。 Now to pin extractor generally adopts the redundancy to ensure the high reliability of the product。 Margin does not guarantee the reliability of the product design is too low, but too high will waste of resources, so how to in the design phase of the reliability have a quantitative understanding of the product is become the difficulty of research。 This article main research content is: reliability design and analysis, pin extractor overall design, pin extractor properties test。 The results show that the pin extractor in a series of quantitative experiment fully exposed the weak link of product design, through the failure analysis, design and process improvement, and improvement measures the effectiveness of the test, make the pin extractor reliability has the obvious improvement。
